It is of greatest importance to us that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason, you change your mind about the products you received, we highly encourage you to contact us so we can discuss the options and provide guidance and advice. We will always work with you to answer your questions and help you fully understand the products based on your individual needs.
We offer exchanges for unopened and sealed products within ten (10) days of your purchase. If safety seal on the product have been opened or broken, we do not make exchanges for those products. This ensures the authenticity of our products and ultimately provides safety for our customers. Return Shipping, Loss, or Damage
Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling, as well as any damage or loss on return products. For mail exchanges, we advise that the products be carefully packaged. A few courier companies offer shipping insurance for little extra cost, which may be a viable option. Check with your courier company about shipping insurance. Herbal Medics reserves the right on the acceptance or denial of the returned products.
